Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with your files.

Section 01: Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you request a quote, contact us or place an order, including:
- Your name, company, email address and phone number
- Project details, quantities and any files you upload
- Correspondence you send to us
Section 02: How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Prepare quotes and fulfil your orders
- Communicate with you about your project
- Improve our services and respond to enquiries
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations
Section 03: Your Files
3D files and designs you upload are used solely to quote and produce your parts. We do not sell, share or reproduce your files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order, and we retain them only as long as necessary.
Section 04: Legal Basis
We process your personal data on the basis of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running our business, and where required, your consent. This policy is aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Section 05: Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers (such as delivery couriers or payment processors) only as needed to deliver our services, and with authorities where legally required.
Section 06: Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
Section 07: Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and is only loaded if you agree to it. When you first visit, we ask; if you decline, the Google Analytics script is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. The site works identically either way.
You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance. These run for everyone because they set no cookies and store no identifier that could single you out.
Some storage is strictly necessary and is not covered by the consent choice: a record of your cookie decision itself, and — for the duration of your visit only — the page you arrived on and any campaign link you followed, so we can tell which enquiries came from where.
Section 08: Newsletter
If you sign up to our newsletter we store your email address in order to send you occasional updates. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by emailing us directly.
Newsletter addresses are held by Resend, our email provider, which processes data on our behalf and may store it outside the EU under an appropriate transfer mechanism. We do not sell or rent our mailing list.
Section 09: Concept Generator
If you use the concept generator on this site, we collect the email address you enter and the description of the piece you want made, and we store the image that is generated from it.
We use this to answer you, and — if you choose to send the sketch to us — to prepare a quote. The legal basis is performing the service you asked for. We do not add your address to any mailing list on the basis of using this tool.
Your description is sent to OpenAI, which generates the image on our behalf and processes it outside the EU under an appropriate transfer mechanism. Please avoid including personal details in the description beyond what is needed to describe the piece.
Sketches you do not send to us are deleted after 15 days, along with the description and the image. If you do send a sketch to us it becomes an enquiry and is kept for as long as we need it to quote and fulfil your order, as described above.
A concept sketch is a generated image, not a preview of a printed item, and receiving one does not constitute a quote or an agreement to produce anything.
Section 10: Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
Section 11: Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Section 12: Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown above.
