LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you request a quote or place an order with us.
Effective 10 August 2026
Section 01: Definitions
“We”, “us” and “3DOME Malta” refer to the 3D printing and manufacturing service operating in Malta. “You” and “the client” refer to any person or business requesting a quote, placing an order or using this website.
“Services” means 3D printing, prototyping, manufacturing, design support and any related work we provide.
Section 02: Quotes & Orders
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is an estimate based on the files and information you supply and may be revised if the project scope, quantity or materials change.
An order is confirmed once you accept a quote in writing and any required deposit is received.
Section 03: Files & Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to reproduce any design, model or file you send us. You retain ownership of your designs; we do not claim rights over the files you supply.
We will not reproduce or share your files with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order.
Section 04: Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and, where applicable, exclusive of VAT unless stated. Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice.
For larger orders we may require a deposit before production begins. The balance is due on or before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Section 05: Production & Lead Times
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and begin once your order and files are confirmed. While we work hard to meet every deadline, lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Section 06: Quality & Tolerances
3D printed parts are subject to the tolerances and surface characteristics inherent to the chosen process and material. We inspect every part before dispatch. If a part does not meet the agreed specification, we will reprint or refund it at our discretion.
Section 07: Returns & Cancellations
As parts are produced to order and often customised, they are generally non-returnable unless faulty. Orders may be cancelled before production begins; once production has started, cancellation may incur charges for work completed and materials used.
Section 08: Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the suitability of a part for a purpose not disclosed to us at the time of order.
Section 09: Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
Section 10: Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies. The latest version is always available on this page.
