Most personalised gifts are a stock item with a name printed on it. 3D printing works the other way round — the shape itself can be built around the person, the occasion or the joke. That means a keepsake nobody else owns, made in small numbers or as a single piece, without minimum orders or tooling costs.

What can you actually personalise?
- The shape itself, not just a name added to a stock item. 3DOME Malta makes name pieces, photo reliefs, keyrings and charms, desk keepsakes, cake toppers and commemorative plaques — and one-offs that fit none of those categories. If you can describe it or sketch it, it can usually be modelled.
Is there a minimum order for a personalised gift?
- No. A single piece for a single person is a normal job at 3DOME Malta, not an exception. Because there is no tooling involved, one costs the same per unit as one of ten.
How much does a personalised 3D printed gift cost?
- Small personalised items such as keyrings, charms and name pieces typically cost between €10 and €35 at 3DOME Malta. Larger keepsakes and photo reliefs that need modelling from an image usually fall between €45 and €120. You get a price before anything is made.
How quickly can you make one?
- Simple personalised items are often ready within two to four working days. Anything needing modelling from a photograph or sketch takes about a week, most of which is design and approval. Tell 3DOME Malta the date you need it by and you will get a straight answer on whether it can be met.
Can you work from just a description?
- Yes. A photograph or sketch helps, but a clear description of the idea is enough to start. 3DOME Malta will model something, show you a render, and adjust it before printing — so you are never committing to an idea you have not seen.
